These action conditions apply to the promotional action "TAG & WIN" of Van der Valk Hotel Gent B.V., established at Akkerhage 10, 9000 in Gent. VAT number 0699986048 (hereinafter referred to as "Van der Valk Hotel Gent"). The aim of the action is to increase the reach.
Campaign setup
You can take part in this competition once per e-mail address. If it appears that someone has entered this competition more than once, Van der Valk Hotel Ghent may cancel any prize awarded to this person. Everyone who enters his or her details and places a photo on the Christmas sleigh, and thus participates in this promotion, agrees to the terms and conditions of the promotion. By posting your photo on your Instagramstory for of Van der Valk Hotel Gent, tagging our Instagram account of Van der Valk Hotel Gent you will have a chance to win an onbtijt for 2 persons in our restaurant Cocotte, located in Van der Valk Hotel Gent at Akkerhage 10, 9000 Gent according to the conditions mentioned below.
Drawings
There will be one (1) draw in which the winner will be announced. The draw will take place on January 5, 2023. The winner may bring one person to join them for breakfast at the Cocotte restaurant at our Van der Valk Hotel Ghent. The winner will be notified via the email address provided and via our Instagram story.
Conditions for participation
Participation is excluded for persons under the age of 18. Van der Valk Hotel Gent has the right to cancel the prize if the participant is under 18 years of age. Van der Valk Hotel Gent wants to increase visibility on Tripadvisor with this win action.
Conditions of the competition
This prize is a breakfast for 2 in our restaurant 'Cocotte' at Van der Valk Hotel Gent.
The winner may decide on which date they would like to come for breakfast, before August 2023. However, the breakfast is subject to availability, and not valid on public holidays.
Additional terms and conditions relating to the competition
Van der Valk Hotel Gent reserves the right to make changes to the promotion for any reason.
This prize is not transferable to other persons or redeemable for cash, even if winners have already established an existing booking for Van der Valk Hotel Ghent or another destination with Van der Valk Hotels or a reseller of Van der Valk Hotels.
