Pet Policy Hotel Ghent

• We welcome small and medium-sized dogs (with shoulder height up to 50 cm).

• Other small pets are only allowed upon request.

• Dogs must be leashed in the hotel.

Room

• A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room.

• A surcharge of €22.50 per night applies for dogs.

• The dog should not stay alone in the room for long. If the dog is alone in the room, the "do not disturb" sign must be on to ensure the safety of our housekeeping team.

• If the dog causes damage in the room, a fine of €250 may be charged.

Access to Facilities

• Dogs are not allowed in Restaurant Cocotte, Skybar Mr Sato, the spa and gym.

• Dogs are allowed on the terrace of Restaurant Cocotte, The Lobby Bar and Limoncello (inside and on the terrace). (binnen en op het terras).
