We genoten van een bedrijfsmeeting op een heel verzorgde, fijne locatie. Meetingruimtes zijn heel klaar, veel licht en frisse verlichting. Daarbij een heerlijke lunch met uitgebreide keuze en lekkere verzorgde dranken. Heel fijn om hier meetings te hebben! Ik raad Van der Valk in Gent heel sterk aan.

Customer service in general is on 5* level from all of you – sales team, banqueting team, front of desk team, F&B department, housekeepers. don’t want to forget anyone. You’re one of the nicest and most professional people I have dealt with at hotels in the last few years. We willen jullie van harte complimenteren voor jullie uitzonderlijke flexibiliteit en gastvrijheid. Tijdens ons evenement hebben we keer op keer ervaren hoe jullie team meedenkt en soepel inspeelt op onze wensen, zelfs wanneer er last-minute aanpassingen nodig waren. De communicatie was niet alleen vlot, maar ook vriendelijk én transparant.De catering was van hoog niveau, met een uitstekende variëteit aan smakelijke gerechten die door al onze gasten werden gewaardeerd. Ook de service verdient een pluim: immer sympathiek, proactief, professioneel en met oog voor detail. Niet te vergeten en speciale melding voor hoe netjes en mooi de kamers zijn – elke ruimte in Van der Valk Gent is prachtig én verzorgd.

Our experience at Van der Valk was flawless from start to finish! The team was incredibly supportive throughout the planning process, always available for calls and happy to accomodate last-minute changes. The venue was welcoming, with spacious, comfortable rooms and the food was outstanding - better than most 4-star hotels! The meeting spacs were ideal for our confidential discussions, and the service was excellent. We received great feedback from all participants, and we'll definitely return for future events.
