General Terms and Conditions

Cancellations of individual hotel rooms

  • Up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date (3:00 PM local time):
    Free cancellation of the reservation.

  • Less than 24 hours before arrival or in the event of a no-show:
    100% of the first night's stay will be charged.

Note: for non-refundable rates (Non-Refundable), cancellations or changes are not possible. The full amount will always be charged.

For business reservations made under a framework agreement, additional or different terms may apply, as specified in that agreement.

Individual reservations for packages or services

  • Up to 24 hours days before arrival dateFree cancellation.

  • Less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

  • For holidays or special events, different cancellation terms may apply.

Payments and invoicing

  • For online bookings, you may be asked to pay the full amount in advance.

  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.

  • In case of late payment, default interest of 2% per month will be charged and a flat-rate compensation of 15% (with a minimum of €50).

Accommodation rates

  • Our rates are structured according to demand. Rates may vary from day to day and are based on room availability.

  • With refundable rates, the room will remain reserved until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival if no prepayment has been made. For late arrivals, the reservation must be prepaid or guaranteed with a credit card. Without confirmation of payment or a guarantee, the hotel may cancel the reservation after 6:00 PM.

  • For non-refundable rates (Non-Refundable), cancellation or modification is not possible. The full amount will always be charged.

Other provisions

  • Check-infrom 3:00 PM –Check-outuntil 11:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out available only on request and subject to availability; an additional fee may apply.

  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms; a €250 fine applies for violations.

  • The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
