Room Conditions: To continue guaranteeing the luxury and quality of our rooms, we require a deposit of €250, to be paid by debit card or credit card guarantee, before checking into one of our rooms. During check-out, your room will be inspected on various points before the deposit is released. Pets are not allowed. The use of candles, incense, etc. is prohibited due to fire hazard. GO FOREST - Skip your room cleaning & plant a tree! At Hotel Gent, you can choose to skip your interim room cleaning and plant a tree in exchange. We work with Go Forest, an organization whose mission is to combat deforestation by planting trees in developing regions. If you choose to skip your cleaning, we will plant a tree in Madagascar in collaboration with Go Forest. As a guest, you can make a difference!
