Breakfast at Hotel Ghent
Daily, a breakfast buffet is served in our Restaurant Cocotte. In addition to a rich selection of beverages such as coffee, tea, milk, fresh fruit juices, and smoothies, we offer a wide variety of freshly baked bread, assorted meats and cheeses, flavorful English breakfast items, and fresh fruit salads. Our chef is also ready to prepare a delicious fried egg or omelette with various ingredients live for you. You can also choose from our selection of superfoods.
Due to the popularity of our extensive breakfast, there are times when it can get quite busy. Please check here to see when breakfast peak hours occur.
Our breakfast is available at the following times:
Monday to Friday - 7:00 am to 10:30 am From 6:30 am, coffee and a sandwich are available; the breakfast buffet is fully set up from 7:00 am.
Saturday & Sunday - 7:00 am to 11:00 am* If there is a brunch on Sunday, breakfast is available until 10:30 am.
During the Ghent Festivities (July 19th to July 28th, 2024), breakfast will be served until 11:00 am every day.*
*The breakfast buffet is cleared at 10:30 am. However, you can still stay in the restaurant until breakfast is officially over.

This summer, we warmly welcome external guests to enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet every Sunday in July and August! Indulge in a hearty and tasty breakfast in our charming restaurant. Reservations are necessary, and we kindly ask you to arrive by 9 a.m. There are a limited number of seats available for external guests, so be sure to book early!
