What types of events can we organise at Hotel Gent and how large can the groups be?

Hotel Gent offers spaces for birthdays, corporate parties, receptions, and many other events. Our rooms can accommodate both small gatherings and larger groups, depending on the chosen space.

Do you offer catering and drink packages, and can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Yes, we provide customised catering, from buffet to menu. Drink packages are available and our chefs are happy to accommodate dietary requirements or allergies, provided that these were communicated 7 days before the event.

Are there facilities such as audiovisual equipment, tables, chairs, and parking available?

Our rooms are equipped with tables, chairs, and audiovisual equipment such as microphones and projectors. There is free Wi-Fi and parking (for the first 3 hours) available for guests. Decoration or other materials can be brought.

Is overnight stay possible for guests and are there any special packages available?

Guests can definitely stay overnight at the hotel after the event. Special rates must always be agreed in advance with your sales contact person.
