Meet in Style at Van der Valk Hotel Ghent – in a Room Named After the Iconic Graslei

Although Van der Valk Hotel Ghent is located just outside the historic city centre, the spirit of the city lives within our walls. Our modern meeting rooms are named after iconic Ghent landmarks – such as the Graslei, one of the city's most photographed spots.

The Graslei and Korenlei form the picturesque banks of the River Leie, a place of commerce since the 11th century and today a symbol of Ghent’s charm and rich history – just like our meeting room that proudly bears its name.

Looking for a meeting room in Ghent with full professional amenities and a nod to the city’s heritage? Our Graslei room is the perfect setting for your meeting, seminar or business event.

All our meeting rooms are equipped with:

Bottled water
Notepads and pens
Beamer and projection screen
High-quality audio system
Flipchart
Free high-speed Wi-Fi

From strategy sessions to business events – at Van der Valk Hotel Ghent, you meet in style and comfort, infused with a touch of Ghent’s unique character.
