On Sunday, May 10, 2026, we welcome you to Restaurant Cocotte at the Van der Valk Hotel Ghent for a cozy Mother's Day brunch from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Surprise your mother, grandmother, or partner with a relaxing afternoon full of delicious dishes and special moments. The Mother's Day brunch is ideal for families and friends who want to enjoy good food together in a stylish and cozy setting. 

What can you expect?

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with a festive glass of cava or a refreshing fruit juice. Then, you can enjoy our extensive brunch buffet with a varied selection of cold and hot dishes. Think of fresh salads, crispy raw vegetables, refined fish and meat dishes, and a wide selection of breads and pastries. Various drinks are included during the brunch: beer (Stella Artois), house wines, soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea. Around 2:30 PM, we will open our festive dessert buffet. Let yourself be tempted by sweet treats, a chocolate fountain, fresh fruit, and an ice cream station. The perfect end to a cozy brunch. Our Mother's Day brunch guarantees a fun and relaxing afternoon for the whole family. There is also children's entertainment for our youngest guests, so everyone can enjoy it carefree.
