Photoshoot at Van der Valk Hotel Gent

The cost for a photoshoot in our hotel is €250. Upon arrival, please report to the reception to fullfill this amount. Afterwards, you may use our public areas. It is mandatory to contact us in advance.

You have access to our public spaces for your photoshoot. These include our entrance, lobby, grand staircase, and the break-out area on the 1st floor. Please note that these spaces are also open and accessible for other guests and there may be other guests present during your photograph session. It is not allowed to ask these guests to leave the space.

Photographing in our Skybar Mr. Sato or meeting rooms is possible (for an additional fee of €150) and if a colleague is available to assist you. This availability cannot be guaranteed in advance due to the busy schedule in the hotel and the availability of the meeting rooms for external parties.

It is possible photographing in The Lobby Bar or one of our restaurants, but we kindly ask you to consider our guests and not to disturb their experience. If guests are inconvenienced, we reserve the right to end the photoshoot or to continue it elsewhere in the hotel.

You can book a room for your photoshoot between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM for a rate of €150. For a suite, this is €250. If you wish to shoot for a longer period or at a different time, you will need to pay the regular overnight rate for the room. The room will then be available from 3:00 PM on the day of the photoshoot until 11:00 AM the next day. Based on availability, the room can be booked for a late check-out until 5:00 PM for an additional fee of €50. No late checkouts are available for suites.
