The kitchen of Restaurant Cocotte is characterized by a beautiful blend of European-Classical with Asian accents. Cocotte's signature dishes are the maize cake with smoked oyster mushroom and mushroom emulsion, and the Japanese pancake with fried foie gras, but you can also enjoy the well-known Valk Classics such as a pork tenderloin with Belgian blackwell sauce and seasonal garnishes, or a baked and lacquered salmon.
