Heat Edition - Pop-up Intermittent Living session with Siebe Hannosset
On the 16th of May, Siebe Hannosset will come back to our hotel for a pop-up Intermittent Living session. This time we will visit the warmth at our spa.
This session will include: Deep learning (theory), HIIT training including boxing initation (practice), hypercapnia breathing experience (practice), thirst stimuli (practice), sauna (practice)

Kaiseki stands for both a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner, as well as for the skills and techniques that allow the preparation of these traditional dishes.

The story behind Mr. Sato
Chef Takehiko Sato (Mr. Sato) studied 'Japanese cuisine' at the Tsuji and Yamato ramen school. With his passion for Japanese cuisine and curiosity about French cuisine, Mr Sato will surprise you with his unique flavours. With years of experience in sakitori and sushi restaurants in Japan, specialising in fish and poultry, Mr. Sato creates the most delicious Asian dishes.
Book your table
Don't forget to book your table in advance. This way you are assured of the unique Mr. Sato experience, where disappointments will be avoided.
We very much welcome you on Thursday to Saturday from 5 p.m. (restaurant/kitchen opens at 6 p.m.) till 1 a.m, with the last last walk-ins at 00:30 a.m. Reservations possible between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and only for the restaurant. Ordering possible until 9 p.m., our kitchen closes at 10 p.m.
If you would like to enjoy a drink at the bar prior to your dinner, please arrive a little earlier so you can take a seat at your reserved table in time to enjoy our delicious dishes.

Alles prima in orde, lekker, leuke setting, vriendelijke bediening. Leuk concept met achteraf mogelijkheid om nog even na te genieten in de cocktailbar.
